I ordered from their website because they had promotions. So I ordered 13 items. They deduct the amount from my card. After 10 days, they just sent an email canceling my order with no excuse. And they didn't refund the money back. Even if they will return the money, which i dont think so. Their promotions are not real. Since they are canceling the orders later after keeping your money for some time. It happened with two of my friends as well, exactly the same thing.

I bought a T-shirt for 900 dirhams, and it was ruined after the first wear. This is a manufacturing defect with the threads used

It's a bad point for the company
At least they should try to fix the defect before they say we can't do anythin
