Beautiful big gym with techno gym equipment for whole body workout. I visit mostly for stretching as they have flexability posterior/anterior machine. Nice outside terrace with sea view. Gym receptionist Dalhamu is polite and friendly.

True to the grandeur; situated inside Grand Hyatt, Corniche Road.

Luma experience starts from the time you enter the reception area. Friendly and welcoming staff; they ensure assistance in every step.

Therapists are well trained, they have attention to detail. Understands your concern/needs and provide solutions. A very relaxing spa, highly experienced staff.

Plus is the hotel, the view and the ambience that not to be missed.

Definitely visiting again and we'll deserved 5 star!!!

Super! I love this gym, it is not crowded and it's always so clean, with all the stuff you need to train yourself. The balcony has everything you need if you are interested about doing calisthenics or TRX, and such a nice view. As all the people in Grand Hyatt, they always make me feel so welcome.
See you again on November since I'll be back in Grand Hyatt again.

So I wanted to book a massage for my husband through Groupon, and this spa name popped up and looked decent enough, but before I proceeded to book, I thought it would be a good idea to call the spa first and confirm whether the message I want is part of the Groupon deal; I called and the lady on the phone confirmed it was, so I went ahead and purchased the Groupon. A minute later I called them back and told them that I would like to book the massage and that I just purchased the Groupon, but to my surprise, they said that this specific deal does not cover the wanted massage. I tried to explain to the guy on the line that I just spoke to a lady 5 minutes before and she told me that the deal covers the massage I want. I tried to reason with him, but he was very rude and refused to let me speak to a manager! He told me the manager is very busy to attend to such a call and won't get back to me until days from now lol! He was appallingly rude and left me with no other option but to hang up. Thank god Groupon has a great refund policy and I proceeded to request a refund. YUCK, never again! Grand Hyatt, maybe it would be best to hire some proper professional staff to represent your 5 star status rather than the current ones you have working in your spa! Or maybe don't even offer your services on Groupon if you're going to treat the people that will purchase them in such a distasteful manner.

My wife and I had Meadowsweet Croft as our florist for our wedding at Skeabost House.

And we couldn’t have been more impressed! We were so happy by how the hotel got completely jazzed up by the fantastic array of flowers provided that were completely seasonal to the island.

If you are getting married on the Isle of Skye we would definitely recommend!

For our wedding, we coincidentally stayed next to Nicola's croft so we were able to visit her in person ahead of our wedding day. She is extremely dedicated and wanted to make sure that the bouquets we requested complemented our accessories (shawl and tie).
We absolutely adore the idea of not knowing what the bouquets will look like, as Nicola only makes bouquets from what grows in her croft. Therefore, what you get will depend on the season and what is available at the time!
Nicola is also very environmentally-conscious and does not use pesticides which helps immensely with protecting the local environment.
We picked up our flowers in the morning of our wedding day and we were completely in love with them! They had turned out even more beautiful than we anticipated (thank you so much!) - I ended up pressing some after the wedding to preserve them!
10/10 would recommend Nicola to anyone looking to support an extremely talented and eco-friendly, local florist.

The flowers were beautiful, well presented and every care was taken in their delivery. We loved the attention to the important things, like the flowers were not treated with chemicals or preservatives, contained no single use plastics, and were grown locally here in Skye. Meadowsweet is 100% recomendable over any commercial florist/supermarket!! Nicola reminded us why we love to support local and independent :) Thank you!

Nicola is one of a kind. She is heavily concerned about sustainability and the environment when growing her gorgeous flowers. She also has a great eye for what looks beautiful and natural — she always allows the flower arrangements enough room to be seen and enjoyed as much as possible. Her style is never overdone, it is effortless and elegant. It was a joy to have her as our florist and she made everything so easy over email and was up to the task even with very short notice. I highly recommend Nicola and cannot stress enough that she stands out from the rest.
