We had a great experience here. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. During our meal the AC was on so high, I felt so cold that I started to feel ill. The staff were so accommodating and nice enough to turn it off for me. I felt much better after and could enjoy my meal better.

We ordered a mixed grill and ice cream and baklava for dessert. Both courses were delicious. The portion was large enough for two of us. We aren’t the biggest eaters so was just right. The meats were tasty, although the chicken and lamb shish were slightly over cooked. I loved the rice and breads too. The dessert was not too sweet and the portion size was just perfect.

They had a robot waiter which all the diners were amazed with. Lovely gimmick to draw in customers. The decor and ambiance was lovely, and beautiful views from their outdoor seating area.

The food was delicious and tasted really good. They were playing nice music and the vibes were good. The only issue is the service was delayed at times. We had to ask for things multiple times until they were served. Otherwise it was okay. Oh and they had a cute robot who would serve some of the orders.

Breakfast is delightful at Mado, we order the breakfast platter. It’s enough for 5 to 6 people.
Our waiter was Eftekhar who was very friendly and gave an excellent service ask for him when you are there

The moment we entered Mado Al Qana, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The elegant decor and comfortable seating arrangements immediately set the tone for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant boasts a modern yet cozy interior, which creates the perfect setting for a memorable meal.

While the food variety at Mado Al Qana is very good, what left an indelible impression on me was the extraordinary service provided by our waiter, Ajmal. From the moment he took our order, it was evident that he was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. He patiently answered all our questions and provided insightful recommendations based on our preferences.

Ajmal's attention to detail was impeccable. He ensured that our orders were accurately placed and promptly brought to our table. Throughout the meal, he checked on us regularly, making sure we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was seamless.

What truly touched my heart was the exemplary gesture of generosity from Ajmal towards the end of our meal. He surprised us with a complimentary serving of their delectable baklava, adding a sweet touch to an already delightful experience. His friendly demeanor and attentive service truly made us feel valued and appreciated as customers.

Breakfast was good ,we had a very good experience but i wrote this feedback because one staff his name IFTIKHAR who provide exceptional service , his attention to detail , politeness and helpfulness made my dining experience truly enjoyable and memorable
From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and your ability to anticipate my needs was impressive.
I will certainly be recommending Mado Al Qana to friends and family, and I look forward to returning soon to enjoy your outstanding service once again.

The staff is always warm and welcoming, and the food is always exceptional. Our personal favorite is Ali Nazik and our kids love the 4 cheese pizza. Pistachio baklava and traditional Turkish tea are the best way to end the meal! They have lots of Turkish ice cream flavors too. We highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic Turkish cuisine in Abu dhabi.

I came with my family for lunch today, we had excellent hospitality by Fawaz and Shakib, the food was good and my daughter had a complimentary ice cream. Thanks for the remarkable hospitality and I really recommend Mado Al Qana.
