My encounter with the staff at this establishment proved to be an aggravating ordeal, as they carelessly mishandled an item and subsequently initiated a refund process. Unfortunately, they neglected to provide me with the crucial information that the refund would require a full week for completion, in stark contrast to the promptness typically exhibited by other establishments.

It would have greatly benefited me had you taken the initiative to apprise me of these conditions. Otherwise, I would have readily opted to acquire an alternative item of equal value, sparing myself the arduousness of enduring this protracted refund procedure

The dress that the store has is amazing and classy, but the one star is for the service. Extremely poor service, and I personally had a very bad experience. I had selected one of the dress from the store and asked the staff to give me size medium for that dress to do the billing. The staff inspite of me cross checking purposefully gave us Size XL. Only one medium was left over in the store and so the staff just gave us size XL. And on returning to the store to exchange the next morning, the staffs did not have the minimum standard to just apologize for their mistake. Very poor from such a big brand like Mango.

Bad customer service. If you hate your job just leave. I hope other branches are ok. I’ve been buying in this branch before but now i will not come back.

I had a very bad experience at this Mango store. I wanted to the return a dress that I bought just 4 days ago. When I went to the store, there were two female sales representatives at the counter. They asked me why I wanted to the return the dress and went on to examine the dress. I never wore or washed the dress. The dress also had the tags intact. Both of them started to scrutinize the dress and one of the ladies ACCUSED me of wearing the dress when in fact I never did. She started smelling the dress and said that it smelled like perfume and kept saying that I already wore it. I wear strong perfume and yes of course if I try it is going to smell like that. What do they expect me to do- wash it and then give it to them? Then she said she was going to make an exception for me this time and said that its better if I don't wear it next time!!! (I was like you have got to be kidding me!) This is the worst customer service experience I ever had in this country and I have been living here for the past 20 years.

For anyone who is looking to go to a good Mango store and get good service PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! I have been to the one in Al Wahda mall and the staff over there are very nice. I'd definitely recommend going there instead.

Avoid Buying from Mango Abudhabi Mall branch!!! refunds from other store is rejected, staffs are lazy and cunning. especially the NEPALI pregnant lady!!! they dont comply with consumer rights law...Zara is so much better!!!

1 star is not for clothes, they are amazing but for staff who is not at all welcoming. Not even a slightest smile on the face. A good smile and pleasing personality can attract customers. TRAIN THEM PLEASE. This is at Abu Dhabi Mall

...Mango Abu Dhabi Mall...my first and will be my last visit there. Very poor customer service. I entered the store since my daughter plans to purchase her Form 6 black pants and sweater. Yet upon entering two sales ladies were chatting away oblivious of my existence. No greetings, no can I help you...nothing. Instead they totally ignored me and continue giggling among themselves.
At the counter, the sales lady Yana also the same. No greetings. Not even eye contact. No warmth. Icey. My daughter indicated the same when asking for help with her sizes.
I paid AED 460 for 4 items because we are in a rush as we are leaving for Spain and then Malaysia for holidays and then straight away school.
Never again shall I step foot in this establishment. My hard earned monies will be spent elsewhere when I can be respected as a customer. I paid AED 5500 at La Martina recently. This was my second visit there and the customer service was excellent. And the garments of high quality. Zeinab at La Martina Outlet Village. Suggest instead to spend your hard earned monies there.
