the donut is delicious. the crème brûlé filling is phenomenal and abundant. we loved it and will buy it again

My all time favorite. I love their bavarian donut, but their chocobutternut my favorite is not the same anymore the taste and the texture its different. The staff had a good customer service. Everytime i saw this store i always buy donut or coffee here. A must try donut store. The price is good and affordable.

Bad experience for the service.staff is not accomodating not even pay attention to ask for my order instead she go inside after talking to her friend...

I had visited this branch to have coffee with fazaa card discount then the staff told me the scanner is not working so the discount won't be applied i told her this is not my problem tgere should be a way to enter the card number manually then I paid 16 dhs it doesn't worth it I can pay the same amount to have starbucks coffee

Anshika is doing very good job, unfortunately for her the management seems like they don't care

As of the time of writing this review we are here waiting while the poor lady is running the show all by herself and the outlet is extremely busy

The 5 stars has been given only because of Anshika.

Dunkin has the best coffee! They’re generous with their portions and have great quality coffee. I usually order the caffe latte with soya milk and replace normal sugar with 2 vanilla pumps for better flavoring. This is a drink I’d recommend ????
