The manager or the cashier lady thinks she owns the property.. very bad attitude. please from management someone teach her how to give good service and proper way to talk with customers or terminate her and bring new staff.

We are paying for food not for free.
She acts like she is giving us free.

Will never come back....

Worst experience ever had in a restaurant.
Even the restaurant is not clean properly..

Great customer service. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have a promo offer every tuesday buy medium or large pizza get one medium or large pizza of your choice. The place is clean. The pizza is delicious. Worth it. Cant wait to come back here and eat again.

The place is amazing especially on Thursday
They have a promotion on pizza medium and large size buy 1 get 1 for free if you would like entertainment and joy with friends and families with affordable prices started 45 aed to 80 aed and for the drinks as well only 6 drinks with 4 plates of salad 40 aed, totally low price high quality food.

I don't think I need to explain more about their pizza's which are world famous in terms of taste. Personally I prefer the Abu Dhabi mall branch than the one in Hamdan Street. The Pan pizza, whatever the flavor, tastes like much better than any other branches in their Abu Dhabi mall store.

Great customer service from the time we entered this place till the time we left. The sea view from the restaurant is also amazing. Overall, we loved it and InshaAllah we will be back here again.

I like pizza hut food quality, but sometimes, for some reason the staff at pizza hut at Abu Dhabi mall, makes you a little uncomfortable. Like, they treat you ok only if you order more otherwise, they act as if they are doing you a favor by serving you or listening to what request you have

Horrible food. I ordered two pizzas and they both tasted like they were reheated in the microwave. The service wasn’t too good either. Servers gave us a lot of attitude. Wouldn’t eat here again

Greyfriar gate C12 is the bus station where megabus use to pick passengers for national locations including London. Place is easily approachable via Maid Marian way.
