I booked a mani and pedi with feet scrap and Vip facial for my husband as a birthday gift and I didn’t regret it, the ambience is beautiful and the place is very neat and clean. thanks for hairdresser Ashour u200fthe hair cut amazing so neatly done with curly style, i like the product hair mask oil that was used professional high quality oil mask . And as usual while I wait for my son finishing his haircut , I enjoyed the atmosphere of salon and having my coffee thanks for nice service.

The barber has clean hands, and the barber's location is strategic. Not once has the barber made mistakes. On the contrary, the performance and handling are very excellent. I deal with the barber Ashour, and he is one of the best hairdressers I have tried, with respect, generosity, cleanliness, and treatment. Thank you for this deal.

I’ve been a customer for almost a year and couldn’t be happier. Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean facilities, and reasonably priced. Demian has been cutting my hair and he is a very skilled and attentive stylist. Mohamed trims my beard and always does a great job!

Where do I even start.
There was hardly any welcome when I walked in, just lots of barbers sat around on their phones.
I asked for a short back and sides with about half the length on top, a simple request. My barbour, Ashour, started off well but was cutting at a snail's pace. When it became clear that the cut was not as short as I had asked for, I politely requested that he cut it a bit shorter. It is very normal to request something if you're not completely satisfied.

For some reason, this request completely rattled him and he then started cutting at 100mph and very erratic. The whole process then became very uncomfortable.

The end result, a haircut that is messy, not even in length on top, and a stressful experience. Overall I was in the chair for over an hour when this simple cut should take about 25 minutes.

I would advise going elsewhere if you want a tidy and professional haircut, but in any case, do not let Ashour cut your hair.

Told my self i wont get a haircut anywhere else

The support of not only the nurses and doctors but the dedication of the reception staff and kindness when they answer your calls are remarkable. Efficiency and effectiveness, sheer support to all. I feel blessed to have these wonderful people looking after my family, especially when we are having a difficult time thank you

The staff in reception are friendly and accomodating I have been fortunate not to have ever struggled for a telephone appointment and if I have needed to see a Dr even throughout covid this was arranged quickly. Their is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the practice and I feel fortunate to have such a good local practice.

My mum phoned 3 or 4 times at the end of September looking for a bit of advice on covid. My youngest brother who has special needs and type 1 diabetes tested positive. He stopped eating, drinking and going to the toilet. He developed a cough as well. She wanted advice on antibiotics and him not eating and drinking. Each time these receptionist would not allow her to speak to a doctor or a nurse. On Tues 28th my brother was taken into hospital in a very serious condition on a ventilator fighting for his life where he is still there at the moment. I hope someone will contact me or my mum and offer some sort of explanation.
Just adding to this. My brother passed away on 14/10/ 21 after never waking up from the coma. Shame on you Prestonpans Health Centre receptionists.

I have always had very good service service from Prestonpans Group Practice. I was impressed by the fact that one of the GPs took blood from me when the Phebotomist was away due to the covid staff shortage, indicative of good multi-disciplinary practice, I have an excellent GP who has excellent rapport with me as her patient.

absolute disgrace,my wife has been coughing blood since last wednesday.telephoned surgery on friday after she got a appointment for monday a doctor came on telephone and said what do want me to do about it surely if your coughing blood you
should at least be told to come to the surgery.telephoned 111 on saturday sent to hospital inside 30 minutes.my wife is still in hospital undergoing tests,thanks to the doctor at surgery this cost her a full day of treatment.pity 1 star is lowest marking.

I greatly appreciate the service I receive from the practise. Throughout covid I have been able to get appointments either by phone or in person. It has always been a very good practise and service is normally with a smile. I would like to mention in particular Dr Small who will be leaving this month. She will be sorely missed by myself as she has been my go to doctor for a number of years.

I joined this practice a few months ago. The service is excellent. The reception staff are always helpful and accommodating and doctors always thorough and make time when necessary. unpatronising.
