One of the best cafes in yas malls. Love their coffee and cakes. The prices are really good for the quality compared to other cafes in YAS MALL. They also have many offers in the evening where they put stuff at 50% off. Cherry on the top: you can get a free coffee and a cake on your birthday! Love it.

They have recently upped their game to the next level.

The new M&S Cafe is excellent and the food hall has been transformed beyond imagination.

Love the food and the selection of new items to buy.

i went there to have some me time, i ordered breakfast - the waiter brought me something totally different than what i ordered - i ordered avocado toast with eggs, and halloumi on the side - instead he brought me a halloumi bagel - i told them about that and they apologized, they let me keep the bagel and brought my right order - everything was delicious. the staff is friendly and i like their coffee a lot - will definitely come back - then i had the best rich chocolate cake ever - i highly recommend this cafe, im shocked about their prices because they were extremely reasonable compared to other cafes, like please everyone take notes. a coffee should not exceed 20 aed - their coffee was delicious and it was below 20 aed - highly recommend

After being incredibly excited about trying out the new food section at M&S I ended my experience badly when people kept pushing in front of me in the queue, the staff kept acting like it wasn’t happening. Perhaps the layout of the tills could be improved, I was on the right hand side on my social distance sticker. After waiting for 15 minutes and having 5 people push in front of me I just left.

As a British person having a taste of home is always on my mind. I rarely get to eat at Yas Mall M&S Cafe but when I do I always leave disappointed.
Staff are rude and inpatient
Service is slow both ordering and to pay.
During covid I understood menus were not given but the novelty of have a menu to look at rather than using a phone which
- children like to look at the menu
- parents to do not want their children playing with their phone
- tourists do not always have access to Internet
- not everybody has a smart phone

Great cafe, It was my first time to have coffee and cake in M&S and I will certainly visit again, the food was inexpensive. The staff were very welcoming, especially Venice.

The new food hall is very good. A wide variety of M&S brand food is finally available here.
The new cafe however, needs more work. The staff was slow but it is probably because they cannot cope with the overwhelming demand. Food wise it is quite mediocre. The cakes are dry and overly sweet. Would probably wait a few more months until they get their act together.

Poor customer service. Lady at the till was rude not polite. I ordered a coffee for takeout made to wait for long time with odd looks. Cakes on the display had wrong labels (coffee cake had carrot cake label) I was told about this after I paid. I hope these feedbacks are taken to the staff. Sad to see this kind of service from M&S

I thought it was all excellent - very friendly staff from the moment we arrived right through to cafe and the tour. We ordered bacon rolls in the spacious clean cafe and delighted to receive very generous portions. Food was very well priced as was the entry fee at only £7.50 for adult and £2.50 for a child. The tour itself was great, really cool going through the tunnel and amazing to see how it generates the electricity. Our two guides were really helpful and funny. Overall a great experience and as tour is only an hour its easy to stop, do the tour, then continue on to next destination. Would advise booking it though as its popular! very easy to book online through their site. 10 out of 10 overall it was excellent for a short informative tour.

Such an awesome piece of engineering in the mountains. Stunning place too. The views are great and it's so so quiet at the top of the dam. Would love to explore more. We went to the visit centre too which was interesting.

A great visit, interesting chatting to the guides listening to the story of the power station.

There were some informative displays and models within the station and gift shop area.

Particularly interesting was the media display showing you live where in the country power was being generated and by what method.

Shame we aren't making more use of water power particularly in areas where water tradionally is abundant and usable not just as a water source but as power generation, even on smaller scales.

I found this informative tour very interesting. There are wall boards and video displays running as part of a museum, which is then followed by a guided tour of the inner workings of the power station itself. You are taken by minibus into the core of the mountain where the guide explains how the dam and the turbines work to generate electricity etc.
I would definitely recommend ????

Had a fantastic visit today. I had booked the tour and found that I was on an exclusive tour with Gary. Gary was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Great tour and highly recommended

Visited Power Station while on Lochs and Glens your.
Tea rooms excellent
Tour of power Station highly recommended.

Free visitor centre has lots of information about construction of the power station and the different electricity generation methods, as well as a cafe. Numbers limited on tour into the mountain (£7.50 for adults) due to size of minibus.

Amazing beautiful place ...what a fantastic day ...climb at the beginning is a bit harsh but levels out ...well worth a visit on way up to Ben cruachan
