I had a good experience with this Boutique. We bought a Gold Day-Date watch from them. Staff was welcoming. Mohammad Aijaz attended us and he was very polite and friendly.

Mohammad yasin is a lifesaver , he made my time for the first time in a rolex dealer worth it. As most dealers ive met where not even 1% as attentive as he was. He is very hospitable and thank you so much for giving me all your time and knowledge and for catering to a watch enthusiast

Together with my colleagues, we visit Rolex store at Yas Mall to inquire and purchase a watch as requested by our boss. However, our experience was far from pleasant. The staff at the store had poor customer service and did not give us the attention we deserved. What's worse, we felt discriminated against based on our appearance. Not all people can afford this watch just by watching what brand they are wearing ????
We were disappointed to encounter such behavior from a brand as prestigious as Rolex. We cannot recommend this brand to anyone and please improve your customer service.

I would like to thank all Mohammed’s working at the boutique as well as Du for their great customer service .. not only them however the security guard Abdullah was helpful and kind.

Ultra rude attitude, I mean we know you don't have stock, but at least be kind to people who enter your shop! What the heck, a high end retail store with a vegetable market attitude.

Changed my review to 3 star because on my next visit I was greeted by Mohammed and he was super nice and helpful. But this brunette lady is still very rude, I didn't change my mind about that.

Been to so many Rolex stores in UAE on all my visits, and this store is amazing. Although did not have the watch I needed, i was offered plenty of other watches, with great service and attention to detail!

A beautiful cemetery where a number of Battle of Britain pilots and ground crew gave there lives, they rest in a beautiful maintained section, quiet and peaceful where you can pay your respects.
