Bubble tea pearls were different some of them were soft and hard like they mixed new and old boba together.

The kabayan staff there has a negative attitude and looks like she doesn't love her work. The pearls are not tasty as the same one in other branches

Pearl is not delicious as expected its different from all other branches. Staff is not accommodating and doesn’t know how to explain her products seems shes not interested on her job. We supposed to add ons toppings to bubble tea but she doesn’t care . Or even bother to upsell the products. Not recommended . Totally different from other branch. Hire a staff whose friendly and will not bring negative vibes

Highly recommend the mango sago, passion fruit tea and the Okinawa Rock salt.

Staff are so friendly and the drinks are tasty and affordable.

Easy to get in and out, plenty of spaces, a five minute walk to main hospital, under cover at all times,from parking to entering hospital.

The public car park seemed less busy than the staff car park today- I think that people are staying away!
