The collections are fantastic, but the employers are the opposite.
I absolutely hate entering in your Yas and Galleria Branch. Not only that nobody is greeting, welcoming you or asking if they can assist, but they look at you in an arrogant way.
Purchased today from Galleria and when I opened the bag and saw how the lady packed them, that s unacceptable!
Is this the way you treat your clients?
Am curious who is hiring the staff, because I can't mention any training, as the lack of it is more than visible and disturbing.
You get one star for your employers!
This is on the management, that s for sure.

Absolute worst service, the employees lied to me on availability of different sizes. They also were extremely rude and unattending. Very bad, go to other branches throught Abu Dhabi if you must

Went in the morning

Ahmad is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to buying from him again.

Another sales gentleman (Egyptian guy) was extremely rude and entitled.
