Quite spacious outlet of Zara in Abu Dhabi mall.
Various collections of male and females clothing with attractive offers.
Staffs are professional and friendly with good service.
Trial rooms are available for both male and female customers.

Recommend to visit here if you’re looking for Zara outlet in the locality.

Modern branch with nice setting, clean and attentive staff, didn’t shop from there by I was accompanied by a shopper.

Staff in kids section is very poor. Encounter a very bad customer service with this 1 Filipina Staff named Lisa. She is not helpful, the stocks I reserve is in stock room but no initiative to searched for it and she told me that they don’t have. Which there was 1 stock reserve in my name. Very bad service! Zara Abu Dhabi Mall branch, please.

I was so embarrased just a few minutes ago whole I was in this branch. I am checking the perfumes near the counter when suddenly this staff stopped me and said I can proceed to the counter, I told him I am checking the scents still, and will pay and come to the counter whenever I’m done. I have always loved Zara and been coming in Abu Dhabi mall branch for the past 15 yrs. I have known the past staffs to be very friendly and approachable unlike the new ones. The only good staff here is the Filipino guy, he is very helpful and approachable. I have been to 26 countries and every country I visited, I see to it that I come to a Zara store, either to buy or just check, and today was the worst experience, I can’t believe it’s here in Abu Dhabi where I am based. I hope as you higher your prices through the years, make your customer service at par with the prices as well. Too bad the manager I have known before who I think is from Nepal is in another company now.

There was no cashier available in the men's section, so I had to go to the women's section where there was only one cashier who was held up by so many other customers. Ahmed the manager and other staff were just walking around. I asked if one of them could help the solo cashier and they said no. The customer service here is terrible. It's almost like they don't want you to buy anything. Awful experience!

Customer service was very poor , staffs are just roaming around not assisting customers , it’s like do it yourself service . The staffs need more trainings on handling customer, needs serious listening and understanding customer queries. It was a bad visit for me on that day .
