I bought 2 jewellery items on Sale and didn't notice that there were missing stones on them.

So I went back to get them replaced the next day and they told me we don't return "sale items" but they replace them, the problem was all jewlwey items had missing stones in them so I couldn't get anything replaced. Me and the filipino guy that works on the Monday shift at night tells me its my fault for picking a faulty item and not their responsibility. I ask for the managers number and he refuses to give me the number.

Hes basically insulting me for buying the wrong item and refusin to let me talk to the manager, highly unprofessional, does not respect customers.

I was forced to buy something I didn't want to and pay more because they had nothing else worth the original price. Never again will I shop from here.

They have no policy for faulty items. And they will blame you for buying their faulty items. What a joke ????
