They have Brands as per their name but nothing is at a lower price... Everything was costly. The shop interior is Good and everything was very nicely displayed.

Just want to share this experience.
This happened not just once.I always come in this shop because it has good items all the time.There is this one BFL staff ,a girl that is very rude and dont have an etiquette and manners. Manager should pay attention to this girl on how she handle proper customer service.She has a tattoo on her neck part.

Yes this is the Store, really wonderful to have Brand For Less here in Abu Dhabi mall. A wonderful quality gadgets, textile , machinery, home appliance, smart devisees,everything with best brands in very far price.

Unprofessionalim and low experienced staff who mistake alot with money and online orders collection pickups.
As for app, needs alot of approving and msintanece!!
Customer service is not very helpful!

The worst customer service ever in abu dhabi mall branch , the emoloyee on the counter named mary ann was very rude , there was a mistake in selecting one of my items knowing that i collected this items from the display and she used to come back to the display to collect the correct one , she faced this situation in a rude and uncooperative way which make us unsatisfied at all
One more thing we was sweltering for death coz the AC IS ALWAYYYS NOT WORKING which makes the shopping experience unworthy.
