I visit virgin abudabi mall. The employees fool the costumers to buy things with big lies and all wrong information i paid 1200$ products from charger to projector to etc… 25 items. Nothing they said was right

A good place to buy electronic products. They sell some unique products too. This store is the best place to buy games and consoles.

Helpful staff. Note that if you require Virgin mobile assistance, and this store's team is busy there is a Virgin mobile kiosk that is also in the mall one level down at the other end. Virgin mobile is the best value mobile service in the UAE.

It use to work norm, since couple of month it’s the worst ever app. It crushes on almost everything.
I traveled and purchased roaming payment goes very quick but I couldn’t use so it was horrible experience for me. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
App never opens from first trial, u have to keep closing and opening again and again.
I think they give up on customer service and app enhancements. They have now enough clients that brings money it seems.
App and Virginia company in general become the worst

the cashier was very rude and when I asked her name to make a complaint when I checked the bill the cashier name is different … false information
They have to give a briefing to the employees not to be rude with the customers
And this is the first time i am experiencing this in virgin mega stores

Sales person on 14th July at 1500 gave the wrong Instax film for my camera. Even though I showed him the camera. Incompetent.
