Sir, with all due respect I seek your guidance as I got cheated by a person almost 2 years ago, i am paying for a lawyer now and paid all the court fees even though i had problems with my job and was not a native speaker, all in the hope to get justice.

I got my judgement, went to execution, but nothing happened, the person still did not pay a single dirham and still doing business without a bank account, without paying VAT, without implementing WPS and duping other persons who cannot afford litigation and even after being proven guilty; he continues his business as usual without any fear or regard to the execution of court's judgement.

He flourished on my money while i became poor.
As I am out of luck and clueless and short of funds now, can some god fearing person, PLEASE GUIDE ME what to do next and whom to meet, what to do to make him serve judgement and fear the judiciary? I could share specific case details, if someone kind is reading the post and really wishes to help me out. Thank you!!
