Beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water!

The view is great and the beach is clean and beautifu, staff is friendly and nice.

The shower rooms are horrible and need renovation

I wouldn't bother ordering from the sunbeds (or order well in advance), it takes about 1h for the delivery because they wait to accumulate more orders. Service in general is pretty bad but thankfully the food is quite good. At those prices it better be.

La plage est magnifique et pas dénaturée comme celle de Jumeira à Dubaï. L’accès reste cher mais ça vaut tout de même le coup. À faire au moins une fois. Jours de semaine à privilégier pour éviter les tarifs et l’affluence du week-end.

مكان جميل و شاطئ اجمل ولاكن الخدمة سيئة جداً لانه ليس لديهم مقاعد شاطئية كثيرة و ايضن ليس لديهم طاولات ولا مناشف تكفي للجميع و يجب تغيير يوك النساء و جعله يوم اخر غير يوم الجمعة

Collected me from work Christmas party last week - had to book a little in advance which for the time of year was expected. Driver turned up bang on time, pleasant to talk to and really went out of his way to get me home safe. Thank you.

Booked a taxi for 11.15 tonight. When taxi didn't turn up.i rang and was told the taxi had appeared and had knocked on the door . He could sed the TV was turned on but nobody answered. This was obviously untrue as there'd been no TV on all night. They then said they'd been at the right house as the bin had said number 18 and 19. We'll, if they'd allegedly seen the TV ( at the front of the house) then appeared at the back of the house( where the bins are) where did they actually allegedly knock on the door??? Surely if you book a taxi you should be able to rely on that service. If they knocked on a door where a TV was playing then it certainlyvwasnon my door.

Very helpful and when they realised my mam had walking problems they went back to the depo to get a more suitable cab that she would be able to get into better. Brilliant service.

Great service and friendly staff. Will always try to accommodate. Considering the lack of taxi drivers in the area they will always do their best to During peak times to meet demand.

Booked a taxi in advance for airport drop off. Taxi never turned up and no one answered the phone when I rang. Stressful time trying to sort an alternative lift to get to an important flight. Certainly won’t be booking them again or recommending anyone to use them. In a time during covid you would think they actually cared about having some business but obviously not.

Wish I could give zero stars for zero service. After promising they would definitely be there on the phone too, as I was getting dropped off by a work bus which was only making certain stops after a Christmas party. Taxi didn't turn up and firm wouldn't answer the phone. Left me standing in the middle of Chester Le Street at 1am on a Thursday night, no nearby taxi ranks on duty so had to ring round and wait half an hour for another firm to come and get me. Do not recommend, certainly not if you want a reliable service. Go elsewhere.
