We were three guys wanted to have lunch in the restaurant but waiter was so rude and her tone was really not Acceptable, she said only one person can have food when there are two person in on room! And on she said like that you will get your whole family to eat food here we were really shocked and couldn't believe what we just heard.
In general the whole staff is not fit for work here no customer at all, room service is the worst I never got proper food delivered all the time always missing item even the main dinner plates missing and food too and now lets talk about the food quality i will give 10% out of 100.
My worst experience in a five star holel.
The Hotel is really great but the staff is ????
