I would rate this as a very good hotel that needs a bit of training for its staff and TLC around the edges, with an excellent lobby, great rooms, very comfortable beds, average F&B, decent service in the restaurant and great service at reception.

We stayed at the beach villa and it was very comfortable and has many options in terms of private pool, kitchen and sitting areas.

Chef Abhinaba is fantastic. The PH has a wide variety of buffet food, but the chef goes out of his way to make me a special vegan dish whenever I am in the restaurant. Accompanied by a delicious vegan dessert. He is one of the finest chefs around, and I get very excited to try his food.
The waiting staff are bubbly and professional, always have a smile on their faces, and are eager to please. Macklin is my favourite, she's funny and witty and I enjoy my mornings and evenings with her. Roger and others are amazing too, I can not remember some of their names, but they have wonderful staff in the restaurant.
Abdukhan, the concierge, is the first point of call at the hotel. He is super helpful, polite, and sometimes gives fun rides on the golf carts. The rest of the concierge is amazing also.
The spa and salon staff are amazing, and the facials and massages are out of this world. The best hairdressers in Abu Dhabi are Christophe and Mohammed, I highly recommend them if you want colour, cut, and blow dry.
The cleaners are professionally, trustworthy, and always so friendly. Perfect balance of being respectful of your personal belongings and making everything look tidy.
The reception staff are articulate and speedy and will help you organise anything you need, including surprise birthdays.
All the staff are amazing and I will visit again for the great service. Thanks again, and hopefully, I'll see you soon
