Yummy and tasty dishes..last two to three times I order dinner it's all are yummy and tasty. Today I tried Nidhi porota. Really it's a surprise dishes. With chicken, beef, well cooked with banana leaves. Thanks to deliver boy. Easy to order through whatsapp. Big Thanks chef for making innovative dishes ????

Order was to be delivered at 12 afternoon, it's already 2.35 pm while I'm typing now. So the people can decide twice before you order something.

For dinner. I saw mom's favorite restaurant when I hit the variety food spot. Looking at the menu, there are all the vearaity items. I ordered a kunjikozhi. I do not recommend to sit there and eat. There is no spacious for that. Take away is better. Food quality is super. I really liked kunjikkozhi. Again there are Kerala Malabar special foods. Also there is hyderabdi biryani .There are different types of chicken charcoal. Recommend it.

Would recommend visiting this place, very scenic and beautiful. On a clear day you can see for miles in any direction. Lots of carparks near by. Great for the whole family.

Incredible rock formations, overlooking extensive views. It was overcast even I visited and I could still see to Roseberry Topping and Middlesbrough, on a clear day I'm sure the views would be even better. Walked from Clay Bank Parking, which started with a steep climb on the footpath leading up the hill, but once at the top, it was an easy walk to the Wainstones. Heading west on the Cleveland Way, the rocks are hidden in a dip until you're quite close, but don't give up, they're amazing once you get there! Great place for walkers and climbers.

We always park at Carlton bank and walk the 4 miles to this heavy rocked area. The kids love to play hide and seek. I think you can go rock climbing here or it maybe just peoples hobbies not 100%. I’ve never done it myself but it looks like an excellent cycle path covering the whole of Cleveland way that will have to be my next challenge for them.

Nice walk from Chop Gate and lovely view from the top of the crags.
A pity you can only pay for two hours (£3.5) or full day (£5.5), I don't think the parking fees will turnover into the village but it will be ending to a private company pocket.

Been meaning to climb here for some time. Having returned to the northeast after 35 years it was great to take my youngest climbing up The Wainstones.

Getting there was easy. There many routes but 2 main routes from the Clay Bank car park just south of Great Broughton. The rude approach which is to ascend by the rocky path then walk along the too - it really does have a rude start. Then other is to walk along the edge and though through the woods just north of and under the escarpment then a less arduous climb at the end. We took the latter up and for former down. Good decision but I’d avoid the lower route if it’s been raining a lot as it’ll be boggy.

Climbing the main wall between the Bilsdale Buttress and the Garfit Buttress it was challenging enough for her to enjoy it but not so challenging it was impossible. Having seen how many climbs are there, it’d take us a long time to complete and there’s something for everyone - Scrambles to very difficult climbs.

Would we go back - like every other weekend

Would I recommend. Yeah. It’s good for every level.

Great place to take the kids for a picnic. It's a good walk up to the top, then you can relax while the kids climb about. Love it here.
