I am waiting to receive my Emirates ID for the last 2 weeks and their WhatsApp is keep saying my ID status is ready to be shipped! the worst post service I ever received in UAE!

12 days ago, I got a WhatsApp message asking me to either confirm or change the address where my courier needs to be delivered. When I gave confirm, it showed "We Couldn't recognise you". Then I gave "Change", then also it showed the same. 5 days ago, the same message came, and I did the same again, still it said - "We Couldn't recognise you" No courier guys called in my phone too. If my mobile number is invalid, I would never have got the message to confirm or change in the first place.
I tried to track the courier in their website and it's showing its out for delivery. It's been 10 days its showing like that.

I tried calling in their customer care, but it won't get connected.
It is a really important document. How can they be this irresponsible?

Very bad service for EID delivery, since last 1 week waiting for delivery however the update is same, ready for delivery

Worst service. I received notification that my ID had already been delivered. However I didn't receive my EID yet.

It takes me 3 weeks to recieve my ID with lots of calls and trials.
It was very bad experience
