Not so great i visit the place once in a while for pedi. But since its my birthday i want to treat my self for mani. I ask them for nail art its good actually. The only problem is the nail polish after 1hr there is line on the sides. I dont know if it’s because of the way the nail polish being applied or they just had the old stock of nail polish. Very disappointed.

I have done many times Mani & ped with them some of the ladies are great. However, I got a shock that my Gelish was not done properly once and after few days start to go off then I’ve asked them to fix it. However, their attitude in the reception was very bad as well as sorry will not fix it for you as it’s more than three days and I’ve done it from4 days. Such a big shame to lose a customer for small thing like that.

Sadly service is not as good, this is shellac on pictures, next day it was already chipped and in 3 days I only have 1 nail left on my left hand. I cannot go and complain as we are on a holiday trip. So I lost 1.5 hours, 200 Dhs and have to deal with peculiar manicure now. On the bright side it seem to fall off by itself really quickly so I will not to go and remove it. Otherwise horrible experience.

Their manicure and pedi are very good though very expensive but once in a while is OK. But somehow I never come out satisfied after a haircut at the salon. This is one area they need improvement. Otherwise nice staff and salon.

Just had a really good pedicure from
Julie. She did a fantastic job and I totally recommend her if you are getting your nails done.

As usual staff did a great job. My manicure and pedicure are impeccable and eyebrow threading was very good. Unfortunately the facilities are not well maintained, there is mould on the ceiling, one ceiling panel is falling too…it is a shame, I’ve been a customer for almost 6 years and never saw the salon in such a bad state.

I have been a customer of the Nail Box for several years. Today I was scheduled for my standard services. The owner reached out to see if I would come early. Not a problem. Or so I thought. When I arrived I learned I could not have my regular tech because of the times change and I could not have all the services I requested again because of the time change. Had my appointment not been rescheduled by the owner I would have all the scheduled services and by my regular tech. Instead I left VERY unhappy and rethinking my choice of salon. In a city with so many choices this is a huge mistake!!! Unsure if I will return thanks to the owner meddling!!!

friendly staff and really accommodating, they did my pedicure professionally ,no pain for ingrown removal ,they respect what the client wants. for eyebrow threading, its really nice it looks natural ,they did a fantastic job. thank you ! keep it up!
