I recently stayed here with my large cycling group in preparation for a major event over the weekend. Despite there being a lot of requests and many logistics to work out, the staff was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions and help with preparation. At every step of the way each person I worked with was professional, timely and positive. The facilities are very large with much to explore and plenty to do. From their fantastic sports facilities and historical displays to the delicious buffet and restaurant to their recently remodeled bar, great pride is taken in the service and the details. A few people to shout out from our experience: Amit - a great leader, always finding the right people to support your needs and to get things taken care of. Grace - a master at sorting out logistics, dealing with communication, following up on requests and getting things adjusted to the needs of the guests. Cristian - very friendly customer service, super helpful with going the extra mile, always available to sort out requests and is an A+ solution finder. Romeo - a concierge that is always there with a helping hand, thinks ahead to make everyone comfortable and feeling cared for and has a positivity and stability that helps you feel confident in the hotel. The front desk staff - I didn’t catch their names this time, but they were ready to go, even with more than 25 of us checking in at once. They kept wait times down and sorted anything that came up (room change requests, forgotten ID, etc.) quickly and efficiently. On top of all that, the rooms were set up impeccably (a result of the extensive remodel and refresh of the entire facility) with some little treats set up special for our group. The personal touches will keep us coming back. Great job everyone!

We stayed here together with my family during Ramadan and I recommend this place????????????????
The staffs are very accommodating.
My 18mos daughter enjoyed very much too because of its child-friendly environment
From the outdoor pool area where we are amazed by the floorings (not slippery) which is very safe where I can let my daughter walk on her own and the iftar was one of the best!!
The only thing that they need to adjust is the pool & beach timings (10am-6pm).
If you have a kid and wanted a peaceful yet enjoyable place to stay, erth hotel is a well recommended one for your family’s staycation☺️ Will surely stay here again!!

I got a day pass for the outdoor swimming pool and beach club. Nice facilities but still not formal restaurant in the beach club. Pool and beach club closes even before sunset. Not worth it if you are going to be kicked out before 6pm.

Thank you Khalid - we had an amazing experience and meet AlAin the soccer club. The meal are very fresh, we had many sports possibilities and it is for forces members the place to be.

Stayed there for one night - had one of the best experiences ever!

Amit - arranged initial room reservations and managed the team that directly helped us
Grace - room logistics and adjustments based on guest requests
Cristian - picked up our race packs, provided personalized messages and fruit plates for our rooms
Romeo - was our personal concierge upon arrival, organized our reserved section of the restaurant, arranged the fruit and water station in the morning.

Highly recommended!

Ismail in the reception is very helpful and has a welcoming personality he assisted me throughout the stay. I recommend this hotel I loved everything the smell is amazing the staff are kind and the room was cozy.

Very nice, peaceful and calm place with all facilities, service was wonderful, Gina and MD were good at service in rimal restaurant, mix culture , desert theme, possess own beach and water sports also, wonderful gym, pool, sauna, shooting range and food, very hospitable

I did many times massage always slept, bcause I didn't felt anything but different with Qamarrudin, he made me woke up whole massage season, he did proper way and professional, he have strong hands and unpredictable it's really amazing for sure I will come back again,but I noticed there is female staff walk into inside male changing area, it's really uncomfortable and unpolite, I know this hotel for Officers and have separate fasilities for man and lady, specially this place is emirati brands with many Officers staying there have very strict rules, Hotel must aware about this serious issues, it's not acceptable in emirati cultures, thanks
