Very helpful staff and less busy than the branches in malls. One of my favorite branches. Parking can be an issue though.

Love their chocolates. The cheesecake ones are delicious. Love that they have arabic coffee to drink.

The staff at this branch are really amazing! I had the best experience with Ms. Sara and especially Mr. Ali. He was really amazing, so professional and always helpful. There was a mistake in the print out for my order from the main branch in Dubai but Mr. Ali followed up on the issue very closely trying to fix it. Having such wonderful staff will make us come back and order again from Patchi for each occasion we have.

One of the best chocolates in the UAE, Staff and service was really excellent...

The service here was below par. When we asked for a ribbon or flower to put on the chocolate tray, we were told that it wasn't allowed. We asked for a ribbon for the chocolate box & we were told we'll have to pay for it. The energy pf the shop was so down, no wonder people are not coming to this branch.

One of the few Chocolateers in Abu Dhabi that serve Dark Chocolate with good varieties.
This branch in particular is very good for a quick stop if living outside. If you know what your going to buy it will take you 5 minutes from stopping to driving off.

Fabulous venue! We had a toddler birthday party here, and it was a perfect size for us. Sam was amazing and helped us out very last minute due to weatyer affecting out outdoor plans. Well equipped with crockery and glasses with 2 kitchen areas to use. Plenty of room for tables and chairs plus a small stage. We'll definitely keep in mind for future party's!
