Beautiful chocolate collection and they have unique vases and trays that can't be found anywhere else but a bit pricey chocolate. A 1 kg of chocolate can cost up to 240 aed.

I want to complain the salesman Mr shaheen. His service is very bad, hope his manager can see this message. Today I come to buy one chocolate, he said no have, I ask similar one, he show me another one, I want to check, he said not allowed to check, I say how I know this is similar one, he said he do not know. I say your service not good I want to talk your manager, he said manager not here. I said I want to complain you, he show me his name and say go ahead. Really this is my first time to meet this kind of staff here. If you don’t want to face customer, no need do salesman. If you salesman please be kind to your customer.

I went Yesterday on the 10th of September precisely at 7:15 pm to Patchi chocolate store at Yas mall- Abu Dhabi together with my mother. The entire store experience was terribly bad and uncomfortable and that’s due to the grumpy and impolite sales guys.
When I entered the store, there was two Arabs sales guys who were busy with two other customers and I waited till I’d got the chance to ask one of them about a certain type of chocolate that I love but he looked so grumpy that he even didn’t answer me and just pointed rudely at the third Indian tall sales guy without even looking at me. When this Indian Sales guy came to assist me I felt uneasiness in the air and I asked him one more time about the nutty chocolaty squared Patchi pieces but he answered me rudely saying, ‘’NO WE DON’T HAVE SUCH A THING.’’ I felt so affronted and insulted by the way he answered me as if I was a newbie to Patchi chocolates that my mother asked me to leave this awful branch at once.

I want to discuss this matter urgently with the manager’s store or with someone in the higher management team as the entire shop experience was totally unprofessional, insulting and non-courteous.

Not very helpful staff...their way out is " we don't have"..as customer service you may provide some choices for you customer.
