THE AMAZING Nadia styled my hair on June 3rd, 2023. Madame Nadia was able to achieve the hairstyle that I asked for, which also lasted through the entire night! It was my first time visiting The Loft Fifth Avenue at Yas Mall, and it’s not my last, as customer service is phenomenal.
I am looking forward to revisiting the salon to try the rest of the services that they provide.

Having my hair dyed by Calorina, I am very grateful to her for her professionalism. She worked until 11:00 pm without stress or nervousness despite the delay in the salon closing time. She is friendly and she understands the needs of her clients. I am very appreciative of her efforts.

Had my hair done by Roula, she was amazing! Did exactly what I asked for, my hairstyle is very unique and I find it difficult to get a stylist who can do it exactly how I like - she was amazing! Will definitely be back! Thank-you! ????

My haircut was done by Carolina from Argentina and it was amazing! I love it!! She was so professional and used many techniques to get a nice bob hairstyle. Definitely I will come back !

I would like to express my thanks and deep gratitude to Sister Roula for the wonderful reception she gave us and for her treatment. It was an excellent experience and I liked her hair cutting and creativity. She showed us real interest and showed complete readiness to help us with everything we need. All thanks and appreciation to her for her hospitality, dealing and doing her job wonderfully.

Regularly customer of loft. Great waxing service among other things. Conveniently located with in Yas mall. Don’t constantly try to sell your additional services and products like other UAE chains. Huge plus
