You can easily spend up to an hour here minimum just looking at the myriad of things they have here. From gadgets to home items, gaming consoles, makeup, clothing, cell phones, board games, books, musical instruments, vinyl ... there's a lot to explore here. It's very challenging NOT to purchase something from here. This is one of my favorite stores in Yas mall right now. I do miss the slide they have in store that let's you get to the ground floor, thanks pandemic.

It use to work norm, since couple of month it’s the worst ever app. It crushes on almost everything.
I traveled and purchased roaming payment goes very quick but I couldn’t use so it was horrible experience for me. I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy.
App never opens from first trial, u have to keep closing and opening again and again.
I think they give up on customer service and app enhancements. They have now enough clients that brings money it seems.
App and Virginia company in general become the worst

3 visits over a month to listen to Sonos products before I buy. Not once have I been able to listen to them as wifi isn’t supported so no sound can be reviewed. Will go to Amazon as it’s the same experience with sound checks.

Good store overall, has plenty of ítems and brands.
However, I went to buy a gift, a PS4 game, asked the price, it said aed 99 on the tag, they told me that it was a special offer. When I went to pay, it was aed 250. I told the cashier, and he said the people I asked are only promoters and don't know the price of things. I had to buy because I was short of time. But I won't go back.

I have purchased the protection screen by 100 AED for my iphone and it fell down like a silly fall and the screen damaged immediately!!!!
What’s the need for protection screen if its not protected my iphone? ???? This not acceptable

The 1st stop when visiting Yas Mall. So many interesting items to buy, from gadget, books, home automation, cooking utensils, t-shirt, games and many more. Slide area is also provided for kids. Price is a lil bit higher compare with the others. But Virgin Megastore has an excellent products.

I'm in Love with Virgin mega stores in general. It's so wide range of audio cds, vinyls, blu rays and more. Very beautiful staff. And most importantly they get you whatever you need if they have it in any branch of virgin.

Disgusting. Your have to go to virgin point to renew your ID. Even after I've got my Emirates ID. Plan just not renewing every time for no reason. Absolutely sh
