First, they don't answer the phone... Then, they say, yes, no problem; come in 15 min. I get there on time, all the ladies are occupied and I'm being asked to wait... These days appointments are necessary, as mandated by the government!! Very disappointing; will not visit again

If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. I asked for balayage and the hair stylist, zena, made my hair look as if I had dipped it in paint. It was a straight line from black to ugly orange, I asked for ash blonde. My hair was virgin hair so it was totally ruined when she kept the bleach on my hair for over an hour. I payed 1300 and had to go to another saloon and pay the same amount again to get my hair fixed; but the color I wanted I could never get because she has messed up my undertone to orange. I didn’t want to go back and ask her to fix my hair because I didn’t trust her to even touch it again. It was a horrible experience and I’m never stepping foot again.
