Poor management. I returned a shoe and they wouldn’t accept any refund. They offered a credit note to use in future, only by writing a message on my old receipt with a pen. Well.. I lost the receipt later and they wouldn’t accept to compensate or track the date and time of the purchase on their system.. because they don’t keep any records?! ????????

*side note: I was a returning customer who frequently buys from there
