Provis SBR. Never seen anyone as lazy as they are.

1- no one is ever in that office
2- very lazy, work will drag for weeks

If someone ever sees this from higher management, you need to fire these people, completely useless.

If I could put 0 stars I would there is no respect for owners or tenants + no benefits + high service charge there is nothing good I can speak about, if I spoke about everything in detail it would take a whole essay but I wish they took our complaints and suggestions into consideration and actually implemented them! Many fake promises
