overcharged after telling me a different price. complete fraud. I complained to company but they directly said wouldn't do anything about that. never buy from them. I was told they would send details about the product quality which I have never received till now. they deal with customers in bad faith. almost doube price than anywhere else. Also gave wrong weight and quality. I asked for refund immediately but they didn't give me refund

Worst experience, wish I read the reviews before I did my purchases, how do they get away with the same stunt with every customer? I was told invoice will be sent by email, nothing received yet, and I'm sure I'm looted with their exuberant price. Please don't go to this shop and make any purchases.
And don't even fall for their duplicate rayban sunglass gimmick. They just talk rubbish and confuse you. Without giving any product details.
They lead you to do everything that works for them. And they know that you cannot report them anywhere. Zero star really.

Here this shop at Abhu Dhabi AIRPORT terminal 01 Near by gate 14-18,Here it is identified the price of the gold is triple the amount in INDIA.
So be careful guys......

One of the worst representatives at the Store opposite to Gate 36 or 37 in Terminal 1. Pure Gold Jewellers are running a big scam at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. You will be rubbished into the deals that are meant to dupe you and literally loot you. I bought a pair of earrings that costed me double the price. I am planning to report them next week as I have a flight through Abu Dhabi. Please do not fall for their words, they tell you that the bill will be sent per mail which is a big lie. Worst store that cheats and loots tourists!!!!!!!Please be aware!!!!!!!!!Do not buy anything at their stores.

Hello guys
Had bought bracelet but they took double the price and the value of it was very less when i cross checked in other shop back home.
Secondly the free gift was also artifical..i was told its of diamond..big fraud

Don't buy anything from this shop they charged double price of gold and quality of gold is also not that great they will not give you receipt . If you ask how much tax they will tell you a story . Sales man at shop will also not tell you correct weight too . Simply looting money from people on the name of pure gold.

The sales representative was so eager in in swiping my card after all transactions is done told me will send bill my email. Till date i didn't get email or any response from the customer care...i believe pure gold at abu dhabi airport is a fraud

I bought a pendant and a chain. I said them in beginning that “what’s the weight of the total piece” but they did not let me know until the purchase, this people lied to me and forced me to believing that I am getting a better deal but actually they charged double the price of the piece should by in the market at the current price. I tried to reach them out for a explanation on why they sold me at such high price compare to many place with same weight of piece but they were zero response. From their side and now I have lost 1100 dollar in as the price was supposed to be about 800 dollar if it was based on gold market and correct making charges but they charged me 1900 almost double for 13 gram of 24k gold which is ridiculous. I am urging to someday who can help me with this situation.
And I want that something should happen to this shop, so people can save there savings from this scammers.
