Unacceptable staff behavior. I asked for some hot water in a cup to warm up baby milk and they refused to give it to me. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was right there, hiding behind the counter, he refused to talk to me, and just left. I was in shock! This was the only coffee shop in the arrival hall. So there was no other place I could ask for it. This is the first time in a year in the UAE that I got refused hot water for the baby ????u200d♀️

Great little spot for a fresh coffee in ABH T3, super friendly young lady working, happy in her job, pleasing customers with a smile.

What I noticed today (11/Mar/2023), lady asked some hot water for baby feeding and they just refused her request.
