It is in ground floor of alwahda mall , near the masjid, a hidden gem I think this is the only place you can get karak tea in alwahda mall, food is very affordable and tasty, staff are very friendly, and their special karak tea is a signature item, very pocket freindly

Qessa Cafe. Al Wahda Mall. Cafe is located on the first floor extension mall area. While shopping in the Mall just as I was about to leave I noticed this small cafeteria. There was a small table and chair beside the cafe. I got a small cup of Nescafé coffee and some snacks to eat on the way home. Good friendly staff.

Your branch in khalidiya mall is the worst shop u have and staff also are worst especially the indian man no proper wearing hair net and gloves cleanliness should be applied to your store in khalidiya

The workers there are very rudely staring and giving weird looks and its very disgusting. Im not even joking but they kept staring at me in a bad way and dirty way. Its very disgusting. Rate this place a 0. The employees arent well behaved.

Red Seat Ibiza iTech 1.2 TSi.

I bought the car earlier this month and after getting it home noticed a couple of issues that hadn't been mentioned at point of sale. Also the Sat Nav unit that comes as standard with the car was missing, though in the advert it was listed as a feature.

I emailed Sam explaining what had happened and asked what he and the team could do for me. He phoned me as soon as he could to explain what he was going to do to turn the experience around for me. I was refunded where I had spent money for parts, Sam ordered new trim that had been broken and sent an engineer out to fit it for me. He also ordered the Sat Nav unit for me and sent it recorded delivery and even went as far as sending me a new button cell for the spare key as the battery had died.

Sam kept in contact via email to let me know what was going on every step of the way, this is so important to a customer experience and it made me feel like I mattered.

I bought this car at a difficult time in my life and the after sales care that I have received has certainly made things much easier.

I can't recommend Stockton Car Centre enough, please pay them a visit when looking for your next car, you will not be left disappointed.

Really great service. Bought a car which had developed a fault on delivery and they worked with me to cover the costs to repair. Great and honest communication. Would definitely recommend to purchase a car from here.

Purchased a Mercedes a class a few weeks ago, and cannot recommend Stockton Car Centre enough, Sam and Nathan were extremely helpful and professional throughout the sale. Thank you all so much for all your help and a great experience, will definitely return when I want my next car.

My partner and I purchased a car from Stockton a few weeks ago. I would have given a higher rating, but their after sales service is a large let down.

1) After confirming physically via text if the car has FSH they later came back after delivery and said it was partial. It is what it is and Sam was able to provide some explanation. The car was also visibly in great condition so no complaints, just a forewarning to confirm these details upfront in B&W.

2) The car was not delivered with the full list of documentation. I've since requested this, but still - the full set has not been received. The record of service, which affects the cars resale value was sent in pictures via message whereas a data export or PDF copy would have been more professional.

3) The car had a fault popping up - which to their credit - they reimbursed me for the repair of, although selecting a garage was touch and go with them when I first brought it up and the sales persons attitude to resolving disputes leaves one wanting for more customer service oriented behaviour.

In conclusion, I would only purchase a vehicle from them if they are within an acceptable radius of your residence I.e., within under an hours drive. One of the people I dealt with had an argumentative nature and it seems that there is a large focus on selling rather than after sales service which is always a concern when buying used vehicles. If they are able to improve on these weaknesses then I could recommend them. However, based on my experience and the stress this purchase put us through, I cannot recommend them unless you do your full due diligence up front before purchasing a vehicle.

Fantastic company to buy a car from. When I got the car home, a beautiful alfa Romeo, a warning light came on. Not an issue, the car was booked into my local garage and the bill was paid in full by them. Many thanks.

I bought a 1 series from these guys after seeing it online. Unfortunately it was 4 hours away from where I live but this didn’t make a difference. Sam & Becci were very helpful with arranging a delivery for me and delivered a very well looked after car which was as described by Sam. The car was absolutely spotless where it was so clean ???? I’m in love with it! It was a very easy process from start to finish. Such lovely people would highly recommend this professional business!! Thanks again ????

Just bought a car for my step daughter. The whole process was very good and they sorted all the problems with no fuss.Had to return the car for a minor fault and the sevice was excellent would highly recommend if you’re looking for a used car.

I would like to thank Sam for delivering my new suv.I haven't been out of it since I got it. I am well chuffed with it. Everything is as it should be and was accurate with the description when it was advertised for sale. Sam was a kind genuine salesman who wasn't pushy and took the time go through things with me. If I was to buy a car again I would go to stockton car centre first. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.xx ????
