I love this salon I have been client for long time ,,best service,but what I did not like is the new receptionist in the new branch they have problem with managing the appointments!!

I have been loyal to Radiance Salon since 2015, and I have always been very happy paying for my services at your salon.

In the past I have had bad experiences with lash extensions and attitude of employees and it was always resolved correctly. However, unfortunately, two of my fingernails have been ruined as the gel polish had completely fallen off. I usually am able to have my gel manicure last between 2 and 3 weeks. Irrespective of how long I chose to keep my manicure and pedicure, this should not happen.

The principle of the matter is that we do not go anywhere with the intention of purchasing a damaged or broken item, or food that may not be of our taste or standard.

How do you expect to retain happy, loyal clients when excellent customer service was not evident in the conduct of your staff.
I had to take the time from my busy schedule to have my nails fixed and still left your salon disappointed because the staff refused to fix my manicure?

I am yet to receive any feedback from your management, for which I m very disappointed.

What bothers me most is that I am experiencing intolerant and discriminating approach to the matter.

Amazing staff !! The services were wonderful, I'd definitely visit again, the branch at Al Jimi was incredible ????

Friendly and professional staff. I like the fact that once you agree and sit down for a treatment, they try to sell you more things. One of the nail technician did some pretty nail art for us recently for a reasonable price. The salon itself is a bit run-down and in need of a facelift though...

The service and staff is good, I like this place.
However I wish if they return to the old policy, to not use the mobile loudly and to not disturb the other customer by other customer. It was relaxed place, but not anymore.

I went to Radiance for a deep tissue massage. It was absolutely incredible as the staff are very professional and the masseuse really kows what she was doing. The center is sparkling clean, the aroma was very soothing. I loved the whole experience. I'm taking my time to write this because it really was amazing. Best place I've tried in the UAE so far!

Radiance is the best the world over! The quality of all of their services, friendliness of their staff, and the overall experience are all unmatched, as is the venue's cleanliness and superb attention to hygienic practices. I won't go anywhere else!
