When we got to the beauty centre, I stood around waiting for someone to help me. All the girls working there just ignored me. Then a girl came to me saying "what do you want"?? Nevertheless, I asked for henna. When I wanted to pay, they told me I have to wait because the girl is in the toilet...not the most professional service. Even though it wasn't welcoming, the henna was pretty!

I find son a to be very reasonable however the staff there are very unprofessional.Many staff but they will make you wait for a while.The one next to Jimi Mall staff need to be more professional.Its Shame as it's a good salon.

Not recommended it was my first time to do haircut here but not good when i come in, first i pay before they do the service,not like the other salon that they must give the best service before we pay, yes they cut my hair but not good they didnt put any effort the service is not enough yes i said to cut my hair make it straighten cut yes they do it after that she also cut my bangs that what i told her , yes they make it but thats all then i ask the lady kabayan its that all?she said yes then she blower my hair only 10to15 seconds then kalas!finish thats it!im not satisfied for what service you have yes! its cheaper and affordable Price for 30aed but You need to give the costumers the best services we deserve it!and put some efforts to make them satisfied And leaving in your salon with a smile not a Dissapointments,and its better to more costumer come back to your salon, im So disappointed for the hair cut i have to your salon not worth it.the staff lock of hospitality,they don't know how to accommodate clients,very bad experience in this salon. I think much better i will do my own haircut next time than to come again in your salon because it's the same thing for what service you have. how to cut hair ,very unprofessional.

No available at reception area ...all customers waiting too long. Besides no one else assist for customers..needs more staff to accommodate all customers.
