Had a massage here in June 2018. Most crucially the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The desk staff is able to serve you in many languages but the therapists might not. In terms of quality of service, it's more difficult to say, as results depend on the provided service and the individual. However, I don't think anyone would be majorly disappointed with the quality, as it seems consistent and the routines clean.

Some of the downsides are the narrow corridors and small changing rooms. Which is a problem for me as the prices are quite steep. At this price range, to be better than OK, one needs to be excellent. Considering the crammed space, lack of English and lack of seamless communication between the customer and the therapist, it's hard to give more than 3 stars. Which is to say the place is what you expect from this kind of establishment at this price bracket.

I have been going there for two years now. High level of professionalism, high cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Slightly expensive, but definitely worth it. A really great place!

Excellent experience. Staff are super friendly and professional and you get top quality services. Will definitely be going there on a regular basis.

Highly professional service. Very friendly staff with heightened communication skills. The facility offers a peaceful, tranquil environment developed to the highest standards, in which a comprehensive range of pampering treatments are offered. Hygiene is also of the highest standards.

I'll give it 4.. and waiting for the results after a facial treatment which was really painful.. 4 stars for the clean and unique decorations.
