( red sea beach dalma mall ) Awful experience , awful , aggressive stuff , they are not caring at all for kids , you should think wisely where you drop your kids to enjoy

We are regulars. Every time lovely welcome, except for last time. Grumpy reception person was bz on his mobile & he just looked up & literally asked " how many" ? ????

The place looks nice and the concept using sand is unique. I went there but not comfortable and I didn't feel family friendly. All areas are small. There's several TVs., showing kids music video but hearing fancy pop music (not for kids favorite) from one tv chosen by the staff. The staffs were eating Macdonald's chips when they were watching the children.

Worse supervision ever.. my children got the worse from the children and the supervisions did nothing. Need some attention

المكان جميل جدا وفي تنوع فالالعاب ، لكن الموضفين كلهم لازم يتغيرون غير بشوشين ولايطالعون الاطفال ولاينتبهون عليهم ، والرسبشن سالي او سليمه يجب ادخالها دوره لكيفية التعامل مع الاطفال وكيف تكون بشوشه وليس لديها اسلوب
