This is my first and this will be my last visit in this bank. Because too much waiting my whole day successfully wasted by this bank. I just came only for withdraw money. Waiting for 5 hours still in the queue.working time still no employees is here ...i know no one action that kind of issues.. Don't go Dalma mall DIB branch ????

I don’t understand how come higher management is not checking their employees performances and reviews from their customers? My husband only needed to change passport details since it cannot be done online so we opt to come to this branch. Should be negative stars!!! Employee are just chatting, roaming around. A 5-10 min job goes on forever because of poor performance. Still waiting for my husband as we speak. Guess we are not eating lunch!
Hope someone will check their reviews!! Bad service!!

Very bad customer service even not worth 1 rating. People are just kept waiting and the agent are busy chit chatting roaming here and there. Someone should report to higher authority to take action.

Only one deposit machine for Dubai Islamic Bank in whole Mussaffah... And that's always not working...

If you try to enter bank...they will make you wait for hours... And if you have an arabic attire you will have hustle free experience

The worst customer service ever. Clients waiting while they casually chat and laugh. 2 hours just to update personal information and documents. Other 30 minutes just for the simple process. The worst simply

Worst service ever even the security guard here is a very stubborn. I will recommend everyone not to visit this branch please. Security guy should learn how to treat customers. Very rude . Pls change him from there before you lost all customers becoz of him .

The worst. Security feels he is responsible for the banks operation. This is because the DIB management keeps him as a level1 customer service.

I am out of this bank, where I am answerable to the security about my financial service requirements.

Very poor service, one staff, people waiting in lines. Don’t ask any thing from security guard give wrong information always, got tickets 11:30 till 1:45 only 4 people served.
