A great experience in craftsmanship, and customer service.
We are very happy with the results of our wooden floor. Great quality products.
We visited Floorworld in Dalma mall to see a selection at their store. We met MR ISLAM it helpful as we were able to select from a great range of wood flooring.
The fitters turned up at the time we agreed on. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job at putting it together.
We found it to be good value for money.
I would hardly recommend Trade Flooring to anyone in need of their services

Had my hall & lounge fitted with laminate yesterday. Absolutely first class service from Mr.Ali in the shop he is excellent.
The fitters were brilliant, very fast & professional & courteous.
Would highly recommend.
Thanks for a great job.

Ali at Delma mall is a very courteous and knowledgeable sales person. He not only patiently showed us various products but also suggested correct fit for our commercial needs. He also coordinated the execution impeccably which was crucial for us not to lose business days. All the best to him for his growth

Excellent work and finishing. Staffs are so customer friendly and did an amazing job. Very punctual too. Thank you floor world. We visited dalma mall outlet and the staff Mr.Ali is a very good dealer

What a cheap installation.. They fixed our flooring in March 2022 after only few days I had to call them, they came and fixed with glue. They pop up!!

After that (almost a month after) started pop up every corner of the room!! Pitchers attached

I would give them below one star if I could ..
Their flooring is great made (Germany and Swiss made) but the installation is so horrible, also their are pricey.

Floorworld is a good company to deal with.
I am looking to get new flooring and Luxury Flooring have been great.
They send you as many samples as you want which is all free of charge.
Normally most company’s charge you for the postage to send samples.
You place your order and the next day the samples are all delivered to your door.
You can also use there room visualiser and see exactly how the flooring will look in any of your rooms that require new flooring.
So impressed with the service I have received from Mr Islam and how he can make anything easy and his perfect attitude????.
