Ambiance was beautiful!!!! 5 stars! Service was incredible! The coffee was average. Side note, only full fat cows milk… no plant based mills or variation of cows milk.

Home-grown gourmet Café that amazes!
One of the best Cappuccino‘s and Cheese cakes I have ever had in Al Ain! Can highly recommend a visit to this lovely little cafe, with retro decoration, great love to attention and outstanding quality!

So happy to see independent food concepts open in Al Ain!

There coffee is so tasty, their cakes too baked fresh in their kitchen , moreover staff is kind and helpful. Gluten free option is available for those who suffers searching for Gluten free "sansabistian cheesecake ".

-This place is amazing! They offered the best Specialty Coffee☕ especially their V60 cold & hot with Ethiopia Coffee Beans! The service was good! I would probably say that this Coffee Shop is perfect for Coffee lovers...

Decorations is nice
But
coffee and service is horrible unfortunately
I guess staff untrained or lake the experience.

I have ordered two hot latte with chocolates pistachio and sansebastian cake "take away"

Latte is way too cold and it's not near any speciality coffee level ☹️

Chocolate pistachio is OK but the sansebastian cake is not good
They're give us the order with fork or knife, I guess we supposed to eat it at home or with our hands ????

Also the time to serve the order is too long.

Due to above I give them poor,

Like staff car parks everywhere, not big enough to satisfy demand, so get to work early to get a space! Don't blame the hospital, they have to ask for planning permission every time they want to add spaces + they are running out of ground.
The good news is that as an NHS employee you can get 50% off a bus sea on ticket, so that's one potential alternative.
