In Mango store now and sales team has yet to address me or any customers coming in and out of the store. This is typical of the Mango Bawadi Mall location. Often the sales clerks ignore you and they remain in the stock room talking amongst themselves.

I was in store with my lovely daughter and wife on 12-feb-2021 at mango store in bawadi mall and was looking for a pair of clothes for my daughter's size, we liked one but the store was short of that size, but as my wife mentioned to them our requirements to 2 ladies( Ms.wafae and Ms. Alma) who were serving at that time instore, were very much attentive and tried their best to get that size for my daughter. Although it was a Friday and busy with customers storming in continously they just didn't left us telling that the size is out of stock or silly excuses( as usually people working in stores do) but still those ladies serving at counters of the store didn't stop helping us and as they say hardworking people always achieve what they want????????????????. We found the size of garment for my daughter. After the shopping we had to redeem some QANZ vouchers which was proving difficult due to some server issues...both of these patient ladies helped and succeeded in redeeming them.It took more than an hour but still their patience was really appreciable.I would highly recommend for anyone visiting at mango store- bawadi mall, try to seek help from genuinely working people like Ms.wafae and Ms.Alma who whole heartedly welcome customers.

Thanks again to both ladies, me and my family really appreciate your help that day. ????????

Was in the store a few days ago and the sales team refused to speak to us. They were extremely rude. Even while checking out they wouldn’t say hello. I will not be going there again. There management should help them with customer service.
