If I want to rate the decoration and location I would give 5 stars. And for the service I give only 1 star it is good but very rude management. I had an appointment at 6 PM I booked online and arrived on time they washed my hair and kept me 37 min waiting and they were taking care of the customers they already know. When I asked one of the staff how long do I need to start she went to the manager and came back and ignored me. So I decided to leave but they came after me and convinced to come back and the owner or the manager did my hair cut in a very rude and unprofessional way. He really doesn’t care about customers satisfaction. He was making fun of what I asked him to do. It’s the first and the last time never again. Respect is more important than any perfect service. Prices are reasonable 367 for hair trimming and blow dry.
