A great brunch at Aqua - excellent quality food and very attentive service from Marwa. Pool access included and we got a two for one offer with Best Bites. Definitely family friendly with special kids' food and a chill vibe. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and strategically located for all business and touristic area, world class service. Ms Ana was amazing in the Manor Club, her attention to detail was great and she gave great recommendations around the area, We wish her all the best. Highly recommend Rosewood to everyone

Very good hotel and service. Especially, the breakfast service was great. My only disappointment at breakfast was that there were no dates! This is a no-no for a hotel in the Middle East!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, except that the reading lamp on the ceiling does not do the job, really, and the chair to work at the desk looks posh but is far from ergonomic. I guess few people need to use it, so you may not get many complaints about it.

All was great. will revisit. Clean and luxurious rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. Hotel location and the indoor access to the mall was great. The only thing I didn’t like that I had two rooms same category but one was smaller than the other.

This morning my friend and I decided to go for a day pass at the Rosewood pool. It was an amazing experience. The views are stunning and the food and service were impeccable. Sachin and Emmanuel made sure that we had a great time, their service was over the top. I ordered a poke bowl and a Spanish Sangria, both delicious! I would definitely come back.

Awesome experience!
I love the gym and the layout of the spa. I really enjoyed the sauna, jacuzzi, eucalyptus room and cooling mist. The combination was fantastic. Also, everyone in the hotel was exceptionally courteous. The hotel also provides convenient indoor access to the shopping mall. I highly recommend!

Considering the hotel is close to cleaveland hospital you would expect the management to be very caring and supportive since major life operations take place next door. But the hotel is not accommodating at all and very business oriented. Bad booking experience. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay close to the hospital.
