If you want to taste genuinely one of the best charcoal restaurants on the wirral, then this is the place to go. The food is delicious and generous. The service and hospitality is superb, and the atmosphere is that of eating out on holiday, which surely adds to the dining experience. I've eaten here several times and always satisfied and happy. A piece of Turkey right on our doorstep.

It was one of the best meals we have had and a fabulous atmosphere to go with it. Staff went above and beyond, and you can tell that they enjoy their work. Will definitely be back, I did ask if they could open a restaurant in the Midlands ????

Staff very attentive and friendly. Food fresh and tasty. Staff really do go the extra mile.

Place clean, including the toilets. Recommended from the standpoint that food wise there is something for everyone.

We had a great time. My 2yrs old daughter was given something to entertain herself and the staffs are friendly. My favourite place in there is the bathroom. Very clean bathroom. I do get infection from public bathrooms for that I hold myself when I go out but the bathroom in there for so relaxing and nicely cleaned.

A fantastic experience. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night so the atmosphere was great. Although it was busy, the excellent staff were always attentive for drinks and orders.
We were a large table of 16 but they managed to cook everything to perfection, all served at three same time.
Now the food. Wow. It was cooked beautifully, there was plenty of choice on the menu and came with salad and rice. My sea bass was amazing. My son bought 3 meze starters as a main so he had a mini banquet. Also comes with lovely bread.

I came from Istanbul to visit my friend from Wirral. She wanted me to try Ayla Turkish restaurant. Last night we had an amazing dinner there. As a Turkish person I can say that their food is equivalent to the best restaurants in Turkey. Portions are huge, delicious, staff is lovely, welcoming and cheerful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’d want to try some real Turkish cuisine. Thank you again for a wonderful dinner!

This is such a great addition to New Brighton.
The food is excellent and the service is brilliant too.
Our server Paulo couldn't do enough for us and made sure we had everything we needed.
We booked a table for 8 on Christmas Eve @3 and were shown straight to our table.
The restaurant is well kept and has a nice atmosphere, and the loos are spotless.
You get bread and dips whilst you wait and we all opted for the chicken/lamb kebabs with bread and chips/rice.
The meat was fresh, tender and reminiscent of eating out on holiday.
Turkish delight is given with the bill which is a nice touch.
We'll definitely be back.
Main course each, at least one drink each and the bill with tip came in at £200.
