Best customer service i ever had????????????????
thank you so much specially to Mr. Akisam for super smooth transaction and for the effort in assisting us even though we are the last customer in their store because they are already closed but still he's very accomodating. Special thanks also to the 3 kabayans who also give us more discount and also super kind . kudos to the employee like them????????????????????????❤️ Satisfied customer here????❤️

Very very worst customer care service ,i went 4 times for my phone screen protector changing .by buying time they told u can come anytime for changing thats why I brought life time plan but whenever i went there that Johny is not there and that manager also irresponsible for the customer and i went 4 times they told there is no staff for that department i don’t how they are opened the shop without staff yesterday also they wasted my time 1.5 hours so many persons came and asking phone number only then check the system but nobody can fix the issue finally that manager arranged one staff for helping me but that person and manager both are cheating me i paid for temperd glass but that person preparing normal plastic cover then i found because i paid for another one they are cheating me they are thinking i am a fool.why the management hiring this much of cheaters finally that manager said if u want u can come tomorrow,simply he is telling answer Why i want go there anyway if i will go there means that Johnny always not there they have many reason I don’t know what is happened there better that management send the Johnny to home or otherwise hire some other staffs

We came to the store on May 16th supposedly to buy an Iphone 14 the place was crowded of sales representatives almost all of them will approach you which is really annoying, when i was already to buy the phone they wouldn't allow me to take it unless i buy their insurance which i dont want to because im just going to buy it as a gift, they even ask a supervisor or manager on duty then it was the same response, We felt like begging to buy the item so we decided to go to other store which they didn't forced us to purchase their insurance. Now we are really hesitant to go to that store because of how your insurance policies and how we we're treated, I hope your management do something about it.

i was visited today abudhabi alwada mall sharf dg for buying i phone 14 pro they are displayed 5099 in 256 but they are asking 6100 with package em requested with out package they are not giving, em not sugesting anymore this shop . they displayed different rates and not giving with that rate. this is very bad response from there side. they can high light with out package can sell but it displayed different. abudhabi goverment need to take action against this.if get a chance sure i will.

This branch is located in Al Wahda Mall. I went in there looking to buy a gas cooker. After wandering around the store I noticed only 1 staff. Even then she didn’t approach me to ask if I needed any help. Left the store and brought my stove somewhere else.

Disappointing customer service.

Mall parking is available.

Wheelchair accessible.

Worst Service Ever..

I purchased an iPhone from the store as a gift for my anniversary, and they promise to deliver the product after 24 hours, unfortunately the product not delivered yet despite passing three days since i made the purchase.

We keep calling the customer care, and every time they simply replying that they sent a request to the store and the store will call you back, and till now we didn’t receive any call neither even tell us when the product will be delivered.

Really disappointing, I recommend the management to take further measures as such service which obviously below the standards will affect the reputation of Sharaf DG in the electronics market.

We are upset on this Sharaf DG Branch store, we went here few days ago to buy laptop (other brands) or maybe apple but the staffs don't know the comparisons of both items also when we asked the freebies both staffs are arguing that there's a promotion for apple but the apple "expert" insist that in his products there's no promotion since they didn't assist us properly we went to other shop in al wahdah to buy and we received superb service. I hope the management will look into this matter.

It is really good if you’re looking for electronics but beware that everything present on the app will not be available in the store.. so be careful when visiting while you have seen something on their app
