You charged me twice with amount 1635 AED, in 14 Apr 2023 I paid by visa and the employee “Radi” said it’s invalid PIN and i paid CASH with same amount, then she realized that she charged me twice and promised me I’ll get the refund, today is 13 MAY , nothing received from them, everyday i check my statement there is no refund, she just give me insane excuses! No transaction number no refund nothing.

Excellent customer service, amazing staff with a lot of knowledge and so friendly. They are prepared to run the long mile and take all the time needed. Great atmosphere in the store. Location is wonderful as well! 10/10.

تعامل موظفه الكاشير والخدمه كانت سيئه جدا وماعندهم اي خلفيه كيفيه كسب رضاا الزبون او تعاملهم مع المشكله وحلها وان شاء الله اخر تعامل معاهم
