Product and display perfect. But staff should be trained to give fast services to customers. There are many staffs but product knowledge of them not satisfied.

One of the best organized and excellent stores I have ever visited in Abu Dhabi
Thank you for all staff are working there although you cost me a lot cause my wife likes a lot of your products and she insist to buy from your store but I’m happy that you makes her happy too

the same situation, never take their phones, this is not the phone
this is cracked android brick with not working features/apps, because the only thing that is working correctly is camera and they would lie you about that all is working correctly, i asked seller 3 times about would my applications work or not, and he said yes for sure, but as soon you will open the package you can't return it at all according to their refund policy. Forget about contactless payments, maps, working applications, normal working bluetooth and all other needed features. Fully unsatisfied, never would take any huawei products in my life and will leave as much negative reviews as possible.

Great place, great ambience, great food ( sorry, I started on my Sunday roast, turkey breast, before taking pic as it looked, & smelt fantastic. 3 adults & 2 kids, all with different meals - not one complaint & all plates wiped clean !!!! As a bonus, they take Blue Light & Defence Services Discount cards, giving a welcome 10% off total cost of meals.

Wow the worst food and service I have experience in many years! Ordered Lasagne as wanted something wholesome and got it and hour later after initially being served to me after 40mins but the young server put the plate down and a bad angle and the chips spilled all over the table and she was about to walk away!
The table is obviously not clean enough to eat my chips off, but she seemed this was okay just to say sorry and tried to leave.
I asked for fresh and the correct sweat potato chips that I ordered, so she took it away. 20mins later I asked twice if my meal was okay/ready and twice I was told they were just plating it up. So after an hour it finally came out and wow, how could any server / chef in the world think what they were serving a customer was acceptable! Obviously they must have put it back in the oven, so now I'm unsure how long it had been cooking for, maybe an hour and it was burnt to a crisp, shrivelled mess!
I had driven for work 3hours, was so hungry, I gust eat everything else and a small middle part of the shrivelled lasagne and left... see pics and video.
I never complain, I am not good and confrontation, so didn't complain, but I will never visit an Ember Inn ever again in my life.

The place is clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant and polite. For the food there is a good choice to select from. Only issues i had was a couple of items I tried to order was not available, thereforeI did without my starter. The desert menu only had 6 options and one of them was unavailable ????.

The waitress (DJ) that took my order made a very big mistake of not asking if I had allergies. That could of been an issue as I have.
When dessert ordered, I make it clear that im allergic to all nuts. But they have a nut free kitchen, so good news for me.
Overall I was please with the service and waiting times were good until food arrived.
Look forward to the next restaurant or place to review .

Popped in for a quick drink, stayed for a couple, but did not eat, I will in future.

The first impressions were very good.
Well set out and spacious gaps between tables, which is always nice to see rather than feeling too many tables being squeezed in.

We arrived at the end of service. Thankfully the team were amazing and although some of the equipment had been turned off they turned them back on to serve us. The food was delicious and well presented. We chose the takeaway option they offer. While waiting for our food to be prepared they were hosting a pub quiz and the staff seemed extremely friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area.

Went in on a Saturday, such a great atmosphere. Staff were super friendly and quick taking orders. Lots of young new staff who were learning but did a great job overall. The food was amazing it took a while to turn up but when it did it was totally worth it, would definitely recommend the French dip burger ????. Will return again soon.

Tuesday afternoon so not busy, yet the ‘manageress’ was still more than happy to ignore customers stood waiting to be served as she clearly had more important things to do. She could learn a lot from the young guy at the bar who had customer service skills she could only dream of. Food was ok. Maybe they were having an off day because this place used to be way better than this
