The moment I entered the spa, the front desk guy approach me by asking my booking details. After that payment was done (cash) without a receipt (I do not know if there is a payment mode via debit or credit card). 2 star for customer service because of the booking process. 3.5 star for the massage service by the Sri Lankan masseur. He can improve thou. He is polite. The place was kind of dim maybe because the ambience is meant to be that way. Also, the place was neat and clean. There is a relaxing music on the background. I had a Thai massage (body oil is optional for no additional cost). It was my first time to have that type of massage. I was offered for a bath (self bath!) post massage. And, there is a complimentary bottled water. The Location is easy to find just view from google map prior or on your way to the spa. Just book via Whatsapp or phone call. I booked mine thru Whatsapp.

I booked an appointment online for back wax but when I reached there they said we don't have the service available today. Pathetic services, reception staff is very rude and disrespectful. Save your energy and time, I am really annoyed with their services and customer service.... They don't deserve a single star....
