The food was overwhelming ???? , staff was amazing. did celebrate a post new year with my cousin. just the ambience is a little bit dull, I think they need to add more attractions like creative designs, or a wall for people who enjoyed the food. people's reviews something to look forward next time

This is the first and i eat here in fridays al whada mall. However, i feel like we are eating in the food court. The sound was like we were in a bar. There was still some food crumbs on the chairs which was not cleaned. But the worst was the food. The wings, not so special. Its was very ordinary for the price. I was expecting more from this since i already ate from other country. The pasta was the worst one. The pasta itself isnt cooked yet. It was hard and firm. The cheese was even too much making the pasta sticky to eat. Imagine the pasta making it hard to eat and too much cheese on it. The burger was good but also the cheapest out of the three. I expect more than this since we were paying for what its worth. But i can say the experience wasnt there. Id give a 1 star for the food but the staff was friendly and accommodating. But i came for the food and the ambiance. However, both is a thumbs down. Fast food like restaurant.

Had an amazing time here. The food was well presented and very delicious. Loved every bit of the bite. It’s an easy place to access and the service was nice. TGIFs has a good ambiance and it will make you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Make sure you get a nice table to sit otherwise people passing by will stare at you. ????
I promise you will enjoy your time here and you will love the food.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. But the food is not on par with the staff.

Had a cowboy triple burger and the patty had no seasoning at all. It tasted like water instead of juicy meat. Fries were also not seasoned. I’ve eat in many TGIs around the world and this one is not the same quality as the others.

Good Food - as expected in TGIF. Good and quick service. Good selection. Courteous service and quick to take care of your needs. There was a good selection and the whole lunch was very good. The only drawback was that they posted deals in front of the restaurant that were not in effect. A bit of false advertising... But otherwise all good.

My sister ordered “Country Fried Chicken” and she liked the chicken is crunchy from outside and soft from inside this dish I recommend to try.

I have ordered “Double Mushroom Ribeye” cooked medium with fried sweet potatoes and Mushrooms.
The fried sweet potatoes and Mushrooms were crunchy and delicious.
The Ribeye I had to cut it to small pieces to able me to chew it probably the ribeye was not tender it was fine and when I take a bite the flavor of the meat is not strong.

So it was TGI Fridays night for us. It was second day of anniversary celebration for us and we wanted to try some continental food this time. TGI was the confirmed spot at the end when we kept on discussing about 2-3 eateries.
We ordered lemon chili chicken with corn, rice and sautéed veggies and crispy chicken with corn. I must say both these delicacies were nothing but delish! As I am a huge fan of fresh mint margaritas, I couldn’t find that in their menu but the waitress told me that they can definitely make this for us. I gave them a go for it. But was really disappointed with the very first sip. I couldn’t recognize the flavor of mint margarita in that drink.
Another negative aspect was that we wanted to celebrate our anniversary by cutting a cake that we had already ordered from our favorite confectioners but the management of @tgifridaysme kept on insisting to buy a cake from them too only then we would be able to cut the cake there. Very disappointed act.
