Somehow I felt there is more they can do for the food served. Had ordered shawarma salad in which we felt it lacks tangy flavor and there was only lettuce that’s all. More Vegeables should be included. Prices are reasonable. Staff should have more information on whoever food list we ask but that was lacking here

I had the mexican chicken wrap. It was not as i expected. The chips were very nice and the sauces. The chicken was not juicy and a bit dry.

I was just now there, my order was take away, when I arrived home I discovered that the chicken is burned

Not very happy about this Restaurant, it looks like the chain they don't train their staff in a proper way , a week ago I was in Abu Dhabi Mall at 12:10 PM and they are not open when they other restaurants are open , I got here today at Alwahda mall I ask the Girl if they are open at 11:30 she said yes do you have Tanolah she said yes then picked up her phone and ignored me and went back the store and left me standing waiting with out saying anything. Very Rude and unprofessional.. I wonder what quality food did they make... I will never come back to that restaurant.. I went to the restaurant beside them I got food for myself and my kids .

Shawarma is extra thin and no much meat. French fries stuffed in Shawarma.
2Aed extra for spicy Mexican sauce option but actually its not spicy.
2aed extra for pickle and this is my first time i have paid extra for veggie pickle that usually given free with Shawarma.
No sauce given with Shawarma and i was told it can’t be given.
There are better places in abudhabi which serves better shawarma at this price and the best i ever had is less than half the price of this Shawarma.
this overrated chain can be completely avoided.

It is good to have Maroosh in a Wahda mall , I have my lunch there almost everyday.
My comment for the ( mandi with chicken shawarma) that I always have it defor but today came in new presentation.
So the comments are :
1. Service concept ( card box ) is not accepted as it is stacked all rice and shawarma in vertical way make it not easy to mix.
2. The portion of shawarma is worthless ( compared to the rice portion and compared to the previous serving concept ( the flat black plastic dish with lid )
3. The entire meal cannot be considered as lunch , again this is compared with the same meal with the old serving presentation and quantity
It is a bad experience with this meal , it is not worth the money spend on it
I NEVER recommend this meal to any one .

Note: my rating is for this specific menu item.
And actually it is not worth even the one star !
